Welcome! I am so glad you are here. I believe that the following statements are true: 1. Human beings are magic. 2. Every person is innately entitled to experience healing, wholeness, peace, and joy. 3. Lasting change happens for folks when they are ready, willing, and able. In our therapeutic work together, I will meet you exactly where you are at. We will explore where you’ve been, conceptualize what you want to do with where you’ve been, and devise a plan to get you where you want to go.
Whether trauma-processing, boundary-setting, emotional regulation, coping skills, routine management, stress-reduction, or even simply taking time to dream, each individual seeking therapy has unique treatment needs. Together, we will determine which theoretical framework best supports you and your goals.
I enjoy volleyball, acroyoga, and playing with my dog, Banks!
