Welcome to Integrative DBT & Psychotherapy. We offer both individual and group therapy sessions to support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, borderline personality disorder, and other mood-related issues.
DBT is a cognitive-behavioral therapy created by Marsha Linehan, Ph.D., as a treatment for Borderline Personality Disorder. DBT is now used to treat several mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance use. Our DBT informed modalities will teach you mindfulness skills to manage your emotions, validate your thoughts and feelings, get through crises, and live a life worth living.
The first step in our intake process is to complete a short phone screen to discuss your therapy needs and answer any questions you have about our practice. After the initial phone screen, we will work together to determine the best practitioner for you. Get started by filling out a contact form or booking your phone screen here.
We currently provide virtual sessions for people located in PA, NJ, and DE. Additionally, if you are in the South Jersey area, you can contact Dr. Chris directly regarding in-person sessions.
No, we are considered out-of-network. However, we are able to provide a receipt for potential insurance reimbursement if your plan has out-of-network benefits. If you are interested in learning more, visit the "Rates & Reimbursement section of our website, here.
